I love this Birthday Luggage Tag Freebie! I created this fun birthday hat using it. The hat is from SVG Cuts, it is from the Happy Birthday To You kit. Jaded Blossom products that I used are Scallop Circle Die, Stitched Circle Die and Birthday Dies.
