And now for my project!

EEK!!!! This hop is so awesome. Aren't you loving everything?! 

I couldn't decide on just one Super Hero, so I decided to do both, Green Goblin and Spiderman. 

For Spiderman I used the Goody Bag Die and cut my Spiderman out at about 4in.

Of course he needed a web and spider, so I used the dies from the Hallloween Dies. I then embossed in blue the "You've been caught in my web of treats" sentiment from the Pick Your Poison stamp set and stamped it onto a die from the Candy Wrap Dies. For my kisses, I added the spider web stamp from the Halloween Candies onto one of the Candy Charms & Banners Die. 

For Green Goblin, I cut him out at about 4in and added him to the Treat Tag Die. I cut out the circle die from the Mini Tag Dies 2 and used the "Wicked Treats" candy sentiment from the Villain Candies stamp set. I found these adorable little candies at my local candy store. They are Vineyard Grapes, they taste like a raisinet. 

The kids are having super hero week at school this week so they are each taking one of the treats for their teachers today. They were super excited to give them a fun treat to end the week.

Love Is Brewing

Good Morning! Today is my day over at Jaded Blossom and I am so excited to be sharing my project with you. 

A very good friend of mine is getting married in June and this past weekend was her Bridal Shower. Her theme was a Tea Party, SERIOUSLY, how fun is that! Knowing her and knowing how much she loves different and homemade items, I knew I wanted to make her something special that she would love and cherish. She is also a photographer so I thought she could even use the items in a photo shoot as well. 

I started searching for the perfect paper. I knew I wanted something elegant and pretty. I already had the perfect kits, they were from SVG Cuts. They are Honeybee Tea and Tea For You and Me. I decided to go with the same paper collection that Mary from SVG Cuts used in the Honeybee Tea kit. It was just too perfect all around. I used the same patterns that she did for my teapot too. The paper collect is from Graphic 45, Botanical Tea. I have never used their paper before. But I fell in love with it. It cuts so nicely and is even more pretty in person!  

 The teapot is from the Honeybee Tea kit. The lid comes off too so you could add some kind of treats or even a little gift.

 For the hat box I did use a third kit from SVG cuts it is Dress Shop. These 12x12 layout papers from Graphic 45 are great for the top panel of the hat boxes or even a giftbag. I had to use it, it is too pretty not to. 

I cut all of my pieces out and assembled everything. I spent about one week to make everything and just did little bits at a time. 

I made a tag from the Jaded Blossom Treat Tag Die and cut out the cup from the Baking Dies. Then punched out the Sweetest Couple sentiment from the Wedding Candies set and added it to a Candy Charm and Banner die.  I cut out a banner from the Dimensional Banner Dies and stamped the Love is Brewing sentiment from the Perfect Match stamp set. I tied it onto the teapot handle with some tulle that I had in my stash. I couldn't leave the teacup empty so I added some kisses to it with the Wedding Candies on the bottom.

Jaded Blossom April Release Day 4!!!!!!!

Today is day 4 of the April Release! I love all of it, I couldn't  even tell you what is my favorite. Jaded Blossom has also changed manufactures, so they are no longer peachy. I LOVE the way they stamp, they are so crisp and clear. Of course the dies are amazing. I always find myself adding some sort of die to my projects.

For my project I created this fun Hot Air Balloon

The SVG file I used is from SVG Cuts. It has two holes at the top so you can add some sort of twine or string to hang it. I thought it would be cute to hang in a nursery. So I added one of the banners from the NEW Dimensional Banner Dies and used the Adventure Awaits sentiment from the NEW  Up, Up and away stamp set. I love the way it turned out!

For the sneaks today we have.......

For my project I made this Sand Castle. The file is from SVG cuts. I think it would make a great centerpiece for a beach theme party. You could add some of the battery operated candles to the inside at night too. There are so many ideas I have for this but today I just added so yummy candies to it with some fun pink filler.

The Jaded Blossom products that I used are both of today's reveals. I stamped the Flip Flops Required from the Aloha set onto the Treat Flag Die and cut the seashell dies from the Tropical Dies. The sentiments on my yummy candies are from the Summer Candies set. 

I hope you enjoyed my project today. I had so much fun creating it and I can't wait to use it this summer.

Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge -Favorite Stamp Set

It's time for the monthly challenge over at Jaded Blossom. The theme this month is Your Favorite Stamp Set.

I had a hard time picking my favorite set, I have so many! But I do LOVE all of the sets with the little people. So I chose the Java Time stamp set. I love the little girl on that stamp set.

We went to our local candy store last weekend and I had seen that they had New York Style Coffee Beans. I thought they would be a fun treat to go along with my project.
